Service Description
Please note a standard booking includes 1 adult & 1 child. Each adult can book a maximum of 3 children on a booking. Exclusive room hire is for a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children any additional adults and children will need to be paid for separately. SEN room hire is for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children any additional adults and children will need to be paid for separately Booking Information: -All of our sessions are free play and run for 45 minutes so an adult must be present with a child. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your session time. -Due to limited space within the rooms, we kindly ask you to leave all belongings outside the room in the provided spaces, this includes shoes and coats. -We are limited on capacity within our rooms so if you are bringing a second adult, please add this to your booking -All children attending must have a valid ticket so please ensure you select the correct number of tickets at booking -All bookings are non-refundable. If you wish to transfer your ticket then at least 48 hours’ notice must be given. Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask you to follow our simple rules to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable visit to The Little Lighthouse. 1. The Little Lighthouse does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children within the premises, all children must be supervised by a responsible adult/guardian at all times. 2. Please remove shoes before entering the sensory rooms – you may use the coat hooks and shoe boxes available. 3. We ask that children and adults wear socks at all times – babies under 1 may be excused. 4. No food, drinks or chewing gum should be taken in or consumed within the sensory rooms. 5. Each Sensory play session is 45minutes – if you are late you will not get any missed time back. 6. We kindly ask Adults or children who are unwell, must not visit the centre for 48 hours (or until no longer contagious in the case of chickenpox, hand foot and mouth, covid 19 and other such infections). 7. Fighting, bullying and abusive language will not be tolerated. Guilty parties may be asked to leave without refund. 8. For health and safety reasons, in the unlikely event of an accident or injury occurring, please immediately report it to a member of staff. 9. Please ensure you take all personal belongings with you when you leave The Little Lighthouse. 10. The Little Lighthouse is not responsible for any loss or damage of any personal belongings. 11. Bookings are non-refundable. 48 hours notice is required for session transfers. 12. There is allocated space for prams and buggies – approximately 5 – so please only bring them if absolutely necessary.
