is there parking available?

?

Yes, yes and yes there is free parking available. This is located near the Village hall, which is only a very short walk away from us. 

how do I book?

You can book online via the website, you can also find the link for the website on our social media sites. However if you are wanting to book a group booking then please contact us to do so, so we can ensure there is enough availability. 

is there somewhere to put my pushchair or carseat?

Of course there is!! As mums ourselves, we know all to well how important it is to have a space to park the prams and carseats; therefore we’ve created a ‘Buggy Station’ which allows approximately 5 buggies to park. However as there is parking close by we do ask you to consider if you need to bring your pram in with you. 

is there baby changing facilities?

Yes there are baby changing facilities, this is within notion coffee shop which we are able to let you through to use the toilet. However this is only if necessary and the doorway is not to be used unless needing to change your baby. 

can I bring food and drink?

We do understand that babies can be a little unpredictable in their routine, especially as a newborn. Yet we please ask you to think about the times you book your session for and if it works around feeding times. Unfortunately we cannot allow food and drink inside the sensory rooms for hygiene purposes. 

what is a star session?

Our ‘Star Sessions’ are designed and designated for SEN children. These are available during the week and on a Saturday. We understand accessibility is so limited for SEN children and we want to provide children to have multiple opportunities to explore our Halo Room. At present, our ‘Star sessions’ are for the Halo Room. 

my child is in a wheelchair, can they access the sensory rooms?

Absolutely! We’ve widened our doorframe in the Halo Room (800cm) to accommodate children with wheels 😊

can I get a refund?

The short answer is no. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds, we are a small business trying to succeed and we hope you can appreciate this. 

can I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking at any time however please note as above, we cannot offer refunds. 

can I reschedule my session?

We understand that plans can change and children can through plans sideways, so as long as you give us at least 48hours notice, you can definitely reschedule your session.
